Gluten FREE Pizza crust

Homemade Wonderful Pizza Crust

Using Gluten Free Homemade Wonderful Bread Mix makes this pizza crust easy to prepare.

1 pkg Gluten Free Homemade Wonderful Bread Mix
2 Tb Olive Oil
1-1/2 cups Water
2 Eggs*
In a large bowl, combine water and yeast.

Let stand 5 minutes.

Add eggs and oil to mixture and blend briefly.

Add in bread mix and mix about 1 minute.

Split dough in half and place on 2 greased pizza pans.

Using wet hands, spread out dough to cover the full pizza pan.

Cover with favorite sauce and toppings.

Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes.

*Eggless option: Combine 2 Tb. Flaxseed Meal + 6 Tb. Water; let stand one minute. Add to recipe as you would the eggs.
